What is the job:
This is a Licensed Sales Producer (LSP) role with a base pay of $40,000 annually, plus uncapped commission and bonuses. With top producers making $110k+!
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:Outbound and inbound sales callsDrafting emails and text messagesCross-selling current customersHitting realistic metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basisProfessional development and training
What are the requirements:At least 1 year of prior insurance sales experiencePrior Allstate experienceHave a valid P&C (Property and Casualty) license in your state is a plusHave obtained non-resident licenses or have the ability and willingness to do soHave a stable and reliable internet connectionA thorough understanding of technologyGood time-management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA passion for success
