Position Summary

EBI Consulting is seeking a Marketing Operations and Communications Specialist to manage our marketing technology, ensure data accuracy and integration, and implement marketing automation campaigns. The ideal candidate should be passionate about marketing technology and possess a strong understanding of marketing automation tools. This is a full-time salaried position, and the Marketing Operations and Communications Specialist will report to the Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will be based near our Burlington, MA corporate headquarters and excited about a hybrid work environment. This is an early-career position and budgeted as such.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage and maintain EBI's marketing technology, including marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools, ensuring seamless execution and data accuracy.Oversee EBI's website management, with a focus on aligning content with technical SEO best practices, potentially bringing this responsibility in-house.Develop and execute marketing automation campaigns, including lead nurturing, lead scoring, and customer lifecycle campaigns, with a focus on audience segmentation and data security.Create and distribute internal communications, including employee newsletters and managing the intranet, ensuring content is timely and relevant.Analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for real-time optimization and reporting.Manage relationships with external vendors and partners as needed.Qualifications and Capabilities:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, analytics, or a related field.2-5 years of proven experience in a marketing role, with strong experience in marketing automation tools like HubSpot and NetSuite.Experience in CRM management, particularly with tools like ZoomInfo, and a deep understanding of data integration best practices.Excellent communication skills, with experience working closely with sales organizations to align marketing and sales efforts.
