Job Description:We are a rapidly growing media group at the forefront of digital advertising innovation. Our team delivers proven conversion-driven and brand-building solutions to key partners across the retail landscape. We're seeking talented individuals to join our high-caliber team in this exciting, fast-paced environment.

The RoleAs a Campaign Manager on our Global Accounts team, you'll play a crucial role in executing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns for major clients. This position offers a unique blend of strategic thinking and tactical execution, perfect for those who thrive in a dynamic, results-driven atmosphere.

Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, manage, and optimize both managed service and self-service campaignsLead strategic planning and execution of campaigns, generating insights independentlyOversee campaign quality assurance, ensuring accurate implementation, pacing, and performanceDevelop and maintain client relationships through exceptional serviceCollaborate with internal teams, including sales, analytics, and media partnersProvide regular performance insights and optimization recommendations to clientsManage creative assets, insertion orders, and campaign documentationTroubleshoot issues on pre-production and live campaignsConduct monthly audits and manage bill/pay systems when applicableQualificationsBachelor's degree2+ years of experience in bid management, campaign management/optimization, or digital media operationsStrong understanding of upper funnel (brand messaging, calls to action) and lower funnel (direct response, conversion) campaign tacticsProficiency in Microsoft Office solutions, SQL, and TableauExperience with trade-desk optimizations and media planningExcellent analytical, communication, and project management skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environmentWhat We OfferOpportunity to work with major global brandsCutting-edge advertising technology and platformsCollaborative and innovative work environmentPotential for rapid career growth in a booming industry

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $47 to $52/HR.
