We are looking for an experienced and creative assistant manager of SEO marketing to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, optimizing web content, and monitoring web analytics. You will also collaborate with other marketing teams, content writers, web developers, and external partners to ensure the best SEO practices and results.
Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and monitor SEO campaigns for various websites and platforms.Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify the best opportunities for organic traffic growth.Optimize web content, meta tags, titles, headings, images, and links according to SEO best practices.Analyze web performance and SEO metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.Provide SEO recommendations and feedback to content writers, web developers, and other stakeholders.Research and stay updated on the latest SEO trends, techniques, and algorithm changes.Prepare and present SEO reports and insights to management and clients.Manage and mentor junior SEO specialists and interns.The expected hourly range for this position is $24.04/hour - $28.85/hour. The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by the law.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or related field.At least 3 years of proven experience in SEO marketing, preferably in an agency or e-commerce environment.Strong knowledge of SEO principles, tools, and best practices.Proficient in keyword research, web analytics, and SEO reporting.Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, etc.
