The RSM will oversee the performance of HQ-directed studios, ensuring each location achieves its business objectives and delivers an exceptional member experience. This role demands a dynamic leader with strong business acumen, a passion for fitness, and the ability to effectively manage and develop studio leaders and fitness managers. Reporting directly to the COO, the RM will play a key role in driving revenue growth, optimizing operational efficiency, and cultivating a positive and productive culture across all studios.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Performance & Growth

Develop, execute, and continually refine strategic plans to drive growth, increase revenue, and improve profitability across all studios.Collaborate with senior leadership to set business objectives and create actionable plans to achieve them.Establish clear, measurable goals for each studio and work closely with studio leaders to ensure they are met.Develop and implement initiatives to increase member retention, attract new clients, and enhance the overall member experience.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and member feedback to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.Tactical Oversight:

Oversee day-to-day operations across all studios, ensuring all locations run smoothly and efficiently.Enforce company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and quality of service.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure studios meet or exceed targets.Encourage innovation and creativity among the team to keep the studios competitive and appealing to members.Track progress against goals and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.Monitor expenses, optimize resource allocation, and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising service quality.Prepare and present regular key performance indicator reports to senior leadership, highlighting performance, trends, and areas for improvement.Leadership & Management

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of studio leaders and fitness managers, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and create development plans to support employee growth.Recruit, train, and develop team members, providing performance evaluations and managing discipline according to their company policy.Resolve any escalated member or employee issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction and staff engagement.Ensure all brand standards are met, and studios remain compliant with BODYBAR Pilates' guidelines.Marketing & Community Engagement

Oversee studio specific social media, digital, and business-to-business channels to ensure consistent activity, engagement, and brand continuityCollaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute local marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and membership growth.Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community leaders to promote the studios and establish partnerships.Represent the company at community events, fitness expos, and other relevant activities to enhance brand presence.Additional Responsibilities

Perform other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a multi-unit management role within the fitness, hospitality, or retail industry.Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving financial targets.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Exceptional time management and project management abilities.Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation.Superior organizational skills with keen attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Collaborative team player with a commitment to achieving shared goals.Passion for fitness and a commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
