Founded in 2020, Sonoro now works with hundreds of multicultural creators, in English and in Spanish, to launch and grow entertainment properties that just so happen to start in audio. Sonoro has also launched over 30 original series, with over a dozen in active development for TV and film.

As the company looks to continue its US growth, we are looking for an experienced Creator Acquisitions Lead to shape the future of our creator network, in audio and beyond.

About the role:Source new leads in the podcast and video market to build a robust pipeline of creator acquisitions in the USUtilize both business and creative strategy to develop show concepts for the purpose of creator acquisitionDevelop a winning company pitch, including inputs from market trends, competitors, and product developmentLead presentations strategically and tactically, including custom opportunities for individual creators and showsNegotiate with a high level of skill, with creators directly or with relevant management teams or talent agenciesClose & launch shows in alignment with our strategic prioritiesManage relationships with existing creators in Sonoro's global network

About YouYou possess 6-8 years of sales, partnerships, and deal making experience at a creator network, studio, or digital platformYou have a strong network of digital creator talent, producers, and representatives (relationships with talent agencies a plus)You have a strong grasp on US digital creator and entertainment market trends, emerging properties, and emerging talent (in particular in the multicultural space)You are an excellent and experienced negotiator, always aiming to get the most and give the least, but never putting the deal or the relationship at riskYou have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbalMust be able to achieve audience growth and revenue goals set forth by companyComfortable working with international teams a plusBilingual or bicultural in Spanish a plus
