Key Responsibilities:Lead the sales department in developing and executing strategies to achieve profit targets and sales goals aligned with the builder's objectives.Develop strategic marketing plans for land opportunities, provide product recommendations, and establish competitive pricing. Oversee all sales and marketing aspects.Manage sales, marketing, and closing activitiesCollaborate with key stakeholders to meet sales and closing targetsEnhance team performance and operational excellenceSet and monitor sales quotas and goalsProvide ongoing training and professional developmentAnalyze market data and competitive informationContribute to marketing strategies and model home presentationOversee recruitment and management of key team membersFacilitate communication between departments and resolve issuesStay informed about lot releases, development, and construction mattersParticipate in community reviews and development processesLead continuous improvement initiatives in homebuilding efficiencyEnsure quality standards are met in communities and sales environmentsManage online presence across various platformsSupport company-wide programs as required

Qualifications:Must extensive production homebuilding sales management experience within the local marketCollege degree preferredRelevant NC real estate licenseProven experience in new home sales managementTraining in sales and marketing techniquesComprehensive knowledge of home building sales and marketing
