Want to make an application Make sure your CV is up to date, then read the following job specs carefully before applying.Position Overview:As the Vice President of Sales, you are responsible for managing sales of all Stickley branded and private label products across all distribution channels. You will be responsible for developing the strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization.Managing and continuing to develop a strong sales rep force and customer service team will be your focus.You will ensure sales meet our targets and continue to fuel growth and also meet customer expectations!Primary Responsibilities:Lead actions which frame the approach for maximizing sales, growth, product development and customer service.Grow size and profitability of Dealer, Contract and OEM channels.Develop an omni-channel marketing approach, allowing customers to engage Stickley regardless of technical platform or physical venue, while supporting organizational strategy and objectives.Develop and implement public relations plan which enhances brand recognition and maximizes connections to key stakeholders.Lead Dealer, Contract and OEM Customer Care team, ensuring an excellent customer experience across all channels.Develop OEM and Private Label channels, utilizing the potential of Stickley's three factories.Build, develop and lead a team capable of carrying out the necessary strategies and tactics.Deliver sales and marketing metrics which track current performance and impact future planning and actions.Professionally manage sales processes via CRM tool.Partner with Marketing team to develop and execute strategies which engage existing and new customers, build Stickley's brand and meet result in meeting sales goals.Requirements & Qualifications:Solid understanding of Dealer, Contract, OEM, and company-owned sales channels.Appreciate the importance of an omni-channel marketing approach in a vertically integrated organization.Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or related field.10+ years of progressive leadership experience.Proven track record in home furniture industry.Demonstrated ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels.Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment.Excellent time-management, project management and organizational skills.An inspiring and motivating leader capable of demonstrating strong communication with excellent written, presentation, oral communication, and interpersonal skills.Possess excellent judgment and be able to work in a changing environment.Benefits:We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that includes:Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) Program.Paid Holidays.Group health, prescription drug, dental insurance coverage.Company paid life insurance.Occupational Health Nurse & Doctor On-Site.401(k) retirement plan.Flexible spending account.Generous employee discount.Stickley is an equal opportunity employer. www.stickley.com and www.shopstickley.com
