Role overview

As the SVP of Marketing, you will harness your extensive experience to spearhead all marketing efforts for a dynamic, mission-driven healthcare organization in the consumer, corporate and government segments. You will be responsible for marketing, including branding, demand generation, marketing analytics, member engagement, consumer outreach, content creation, external communications, social media, and events. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving business growth, optimizing member experiences, and leveraging data-driven insights to innovate and achieve measurable improvements in our healthcare offerings.

A day in the life...

Strategic Leadership & Vision:

Partner with the executive team to create an integrated, company-wide marketing strategy.

Develop and execute strategies that highlight the company's transformative impact on the healthcare marketplace, enhancing awareness of our full suite of capabilities.

Act as a thought leader and evangelist for the company, creating authentic messaging that unites and inspires the entire organization.

Build and develop a high performing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.

Marketing Leadership:

Partner with sales leaders to boost demand by strategically positioning our offerings and driving widespread service adoption.

Drive lead generation and conversion through integrated marketing campaigns and nurture strategies across all channels.

Oversee the entire funnel strategy and execution, from industry awareness to acquisition to growth, with a focus on acquiring, retaining, and expanding business through comprehensive solutions.

Strengthen and manage our brand, ensuring consistency across all platforms and communication, and lead initiatives to enhance brand recognition and loyalty

Create and execute event strategies for both internal and external events.

Responsible for public relations efforts, including media relations and corporate communications.

Collaborate with Customer Success and Professional Services teams to align growth strategies with revenue goals, emphasizing member engagement initiatives that add value to clients and enhance member health.

Develop and implement member-centric engagement campaigns with an unwavering focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.

Marketing Operations & metrics:

Enhance marketing data and analytics to ensure real-time understanding of marketing performance and demand.

Establish and monitor KPIs (key performance indicators) aligned with corporate and marketing objectives, leveraging data to provide clear and actionable insights.

Perform comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization, ensuring decisions are based on robust data and sound reasoning.

Team Growth and Development:

Lead, motivate, and develop an outcomes-driven team, incorporating industry best practices and innovative state of the art tactics.

Foster an environment that attracts, engages, and inspires a diverse group of top-quality marketers at all levels.

Cultivate a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused culture within the team.

What we are looking for...

Experience:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or related field; master's degree preferred.

At least 15 years of professional marketing experience, including B2B, B2C and member marketing and engagement, with a minimum of 5 years of proven success in a senior leadership role.

Experience marketing health services, employer health benefits, health benefits consulting, health management consulting, wellness solutions, or related fields is highly desirable, but not required.

Marketing Skills:

Proven success in positioning a platform of technical products and services, including pricing and go-to-market strategies.

Prior success building best-in-class marketing teams in high-growth companies with complex offerings.

Experience in marketing, media, corporate communication, and/or agency backgrounds are added advantages.

Leadership:

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing distributed teams, building a sense of shared culture and connectedness.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to and influence senior executives and decision-makers.

Ability to work effectively across departments and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Hiring Range

$253000-$295000Annual

Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
