As a part of our high-impact team, you will help drive the following:Create and manage a design production lifecycle

that is high-volume, responsive, scalable, and iterativeBuild a multi-media learning practice

to increase end-user adoption, quality, and performanceEvaluate and optimize learning production efficienciesCoach and develop a continuous improvement mindset

with a focus on qualityAssess team skills and identify opportunities for enhancement

leading the team to implement new and innovative learning strategiesProvide clear and effective feedback

to team with the intent to develop their skillsCollaborate across internal teams and client stakeholders

to understand the business problem, identify the solution approach and work through learning production lifecycleBring your best skills forward to excel in the role:Possess strong project/product management skills

with a high adaptability for changeSuccessfully run concurrent learning projects in a dynamic environmentLeverage knowledge of latest design trends in learning strategies, instructional design, research and information gathering, content analysis, content design , including microlearning, data-driven learning, machine learning/AIDevelop and promote best practices

in training design and influence the team to adopt and execute them.Apply your strong knowledge in industry standard design/rapid authoring and multimedia tools such as

Articulate 360 Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, Captivate, and Camtasia , and be comfortable with client proprietary authoring tools.Drive continuous improvement through review and analysis of stakeholder feedbackYour experience counts! Here's what you need:BS Degree and/or professional certifications, preferably in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, English, or a related specialty5+ years of experience in the areas of instructional design, learning delivery and learning technologies3+ years of proven expertise in executing successful customer service-learning programs and managing and coaching instructional design teamsExperience in leading and managing agile learning projects in a fast-paced environmentBonus points if you have:Contact center operations familiarityExperience in leading high-performing, successful teamsExperience in coaching and change managementExperience working with Learning Management Systems/Customer Relationship Management Systems/Interactive Voice Response Systems (e.g., Moodle, Salesforce, NICE CXone)
