Ideal candidates will be ready to hit the ground running with XTime service lane technology, loaner fleet and online text to pay! If you have outstanding customer satisfaction skills, an outgoing personality, are self-motivated and extremely driven with prior experience – We want to hear from you! We will train! Responsibilities – Service Advisor/Writer:
Schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall workGreet customers and inspect their vehicles.Advise customers about necessary/suggested services.Offer additional services, products, and special promotions.Follow the status of the customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work.Keep customers informed of any changes that occur.Upon completion of work, review work order with customer to assure all concerns are addressed.Provide a completely satisfied customer experience
Qualifications – Service Advisor/Writer:
2 years of service advisor experience is preferred.General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations required.CDK and XTime experience preferred.Good customer service and communication skillsWorks well in a challenging environmentProfessional appearance and a positive attitudeExcellent work ethic and computer skillsValid driver's license and safe driving recordPlease upload your resume and complete the online assessment.Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
