With expertise across multiple disciplines, we have the talent, knowledge and relationships necessary to generate the biggest ideas and most compelling partnerships to ensure our clients stand out.THE ROLEThe team is seeking a full-time Designer who is highly-motivated, creative, and entrepreneurial to join our rapidly growing team.RESPONSIBILITIES:Support the team through developing the visual materials, mockups and presentations that bring big ideas to life, creating compelling storytelling vehicles for communicating strategic and creative concepts (primarily using Keynote and Photoshop).Perform brand research to gain an understanding of what will resonate best with each project’s unique audience, and own the vision and execution for how to best translate ideas into slides.Manage scope timelines and deliverable schedule for assigned clients.Set internal check-ins as needed to track towards client deadlines and projects.Keep internal creative team and stakeholders up to date on project status and delivery tracking.Join client and brand calls to receive and implement feedback, presenting creative work when applicable.Participate in group brainstorms to develop creative angles for brand conversations.Develop, update and revamp various department capabilities presentations as needed.Attend department meetings to apply shared knowledge to future creative work, anticipate group needs, and offer up available creative resources.QUALIFICATIONS:3+ years’ experience in entertainment, brand marketing and / or agencies in a design or creative role. Graphic Design degree and portfolio preferred.Experience with creating presentations in Keynote required.Ability to engage & communicate effectively with senior level decision-makers.Professional level design skills to create and/or update presentation materials as needed with the Adobe suite of products.Stellar interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills.Desire to bring new thinking and your unique perspective to each project.Flexible and enthusiastic to work within a fast-moving and ever-changing organization.Highly detailed with some knowledge of marketing and entertainment trends, emerging media, consumer insights and the latest digital/social/mobile/video/interactive technologies and activations.Highly organized, strategically minded, extremely resourceful and an exceptional communicator (both verbal and written).Highly creative and passionate about great design, with an “eye” for visual communication and print/digital layouts.LOCATIONThis role will be based in our Los Angeles office; Hybrid schedule.CompensationThe annual base salary for this position is in the range of $67,000-$82,000. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
