As an intern for Dassault Systemes ENOVIA Brand Advocacy Marketing team, you will learn about

3D EXPERIENCE & ENOVIA solutions, its global customer and selling ecosystem, and the key elements that drive their success.

You will work side by side with an awesome, global team on various programs and events, and engage with some of ENOVIA's most passionate and experienced users: ENOVIA Champions.

Details:

Paid internship / co-opPart-time, with opportunity for full-time during some months (e.g., Summer) - max xxx hours / year.Duration: August to December, 2024 with opportunity to extend into 2025HybridReporting to Dassault Systemes Americas Headquarters' office located at 175 Wyman Street, Waltham, MA, USA

To support ENOVIA brand Advocacy Marketing, you will be involved in diverse projects including:

Help to create memorable experiences for our users and champions such as newsletters, promotional materials, and videosAssist in coordinating in-person and online user eventsCapture and document program data providing weekly metrics that will provide insight into the Champions Program and its members' activities.Assist to capture powerful ENOVIA user and sales stories for amplification and replication.

With both your strategic and creative hats on, you will gain valuable experience and have real responsibility working with diverse teams including User Advocacy Marketing, Offer Marketing, Geo Marketing, Events, Portfolio Marketing and Sales Ops.

You will learn to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and assignments, honing your communication and project management skills across the following key areas:

PlanAssess what is needed - prioritize based on critical dates, deliverablesCreate and maintain a plan to ensure timely delivery, and team alignment

ExecuteSupport the operations and regular reporting related to the ENOVIA's User Champion Program and its Community of membersSupport creation and delivery of memorable experiences for our ENOVIA users and User Champions (events, communications, social media)Support identification, development and amplification of user Champion stories

Track, Measure and ReportLearn and utilize

3D EXPERIENCE platform to create and monitor project plans, supporting tasks and contentCapture metrics to ensure accurate and timely reporting of Champion Program and related activities and deliverables.

QualificationsActively enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree program with a Minimum GPA of 3.1. Have concentrations in any of the following areas: Marketing, Communications, Sales, Digital, Branding, or Strategy.

Technical Competencies:

Highly skilled with MS Office software applications / MS Office (including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel);Adept at, and open to, learning new software tools and platforms including 3DEXPERIENCE platform, 3DSwYm Dashboards, ENOVIA Project Planning, ChatGPTExperienced with CANVA, Survey tools, Camtasia, Adobe Premier and After Effects a plus

Communication: able to deliver messages to varied audiences in a clear and concise manner; excellent English business writing skills, creative, video-savvyThorough: Attention to detail and accuracy; deliver work that is high quality and on-timeFlexible: comfortable to work on multiple activities and "switch gears" quickly as priorities changeResourceful: confident to work independently, to generate ideas and solutions, identify resources, proactively enlist assistance from others (local or remote)Leadership: comfortable to take a project (e.g., Champion award research, design and delivery) from start to finish with collaboration and validation checkpointsDecision-making: uses critical thinking skills to uncover root causes and propose meaningful resolutions
