Marketing Associate

ProspectBlue is partnered with a content creator and influencer client looking for a Marketing Associate to join its growing team in Los Angeles, CA.You will be a key member of the Marketing team within a high-growth organization. You will be reporting to and working closely with the VP of Marketing and Sales and will be responsible for driving the company’s online presence and visibility through effective SEO strategies, Google Ads, and Social campaigns.Given how quickly the firm is growing, you will have the opportunity to grow with the firm and have significant opportunities to take on more responsibilities. Training to help you learn the necessary skills to perform the job and grow your career will be provided.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website trafficCreate, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to ensure maximum ROIPlan and execute social media advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, etc) to enhance brand visibility and engagementConduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimizationMonitor and analyze website analytics and PPC campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insightsQualifications2 or 4 year degree, in Marketing, Business, or a related field1-4 years of experience in SEO, Google Ads, and social media advertisingProficient in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz) and Google Ads platformStrong understanding of keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO techniquesExperience with social media advertising platforms and campaign management (Hubspot experience is a bonus)Excellent written and verbal communication skills
