This role will:Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using softwarePrepare rough drafts and present ideasConceptualize visuals based on requirementsEnsure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brandIn this role you must have:A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphicsFamiliarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)A keen eye for aesthetics and detailsThe ability to work methodically and meet deadlinesRequired Skills/Experience:Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or GED1+ year(s) developing and designing e-Learning contentAbility to work in an organized manner, multi-task and manage time efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracyTeam-oriented personality with excellent communication skillsAbility to handle constant ebb and flow of work volume; self-motivated, flexible and professional even when under pressureAbility to research solutions or information regarding technical issuesAbility to work responsibly with or without direct supervisionPreferred ExperienceHealthcare Industry knowledgeGraphic design or videographyAudio/video editing and/or narrationArticulate 360Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for eLearnings, newsletters, Outlook email templates, etc.Additional InformationSalary: $130-$32/hour DOE; may be bonus eligiblePosition Type: Regular, Full-Time EmployeeBenefits: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k) with company match, vacation pay, holiday pay, fun and supportive work environment
