Marketing AssistantIn this role, the
Marketing Assistant
will support the social media, marketing, and creative project teams in marketing operations. We are looking for an individual with strong writing and technical skills as well as an understanding of the social media environment. This person must be self-motivated, eager to learn, extremely organized and detail-oriented, demonstrate strong communication skills, creativity, intelligence, and enthusiasm. Content creationEditing/proofreadingSupport of marketing project teams by sourcing content and scheduling social media postsWriting and creating emails using Constant Contact, MailChimp or other email platformsAdministrative tasks such as data entry, organization and content organizationProofing, testing, and checking of websites, designs, and documentsConduct client/market/social media research as neededRun, analyze, and evaluate data reports for management reviewMaking website edits within a CMS systemSupport of internal marketing initiativesSupport of sales outreach campaigns and projectsLoading and management of lists within a CRMStrategy meeting attendanceDetailed meeting note takingOrganization of team calendars, as neededSupport of management in administrative duties, as neededEducation/Experience Requirements:
One year of marketing experience preferredBS/BA in Marketing or related fieldHigh level of communication and organizational skillsExtremely detail-orientedComputer “savvy”Must be a self-starter and capable of working in a remote environmentBenefits:
