Senior Partner Marketing Manager

to develop compelling and engaging marketing programs to grow awareness, drive new pipeline generation, accelerate existing opportunities, and lead expansion opportunities within strategic partners and accounts across our growing ecosystem. As the Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the Alliances team while collaborating with the rest of the Marketing team to define joint awareness and demand generation programs that effectively communicate the value proposition of our partnerships to customers and prospects.Key Responsibilities:

Partner Marketing Plan Development & Execution: Shape partner marketing strategies and develop plans in conjunction with our alliances team and the marketing teams of our partners. Execute integrated marketing campaigns to support joint go-to-market initiatives, acquire new customers, expand existing customer purchase, and deliver pipeline and revenue growth for the business.Content Development: Serve as a marketing resource to support and market thought-leadership content through written pieces and joint speaking engagements. Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Alliance teams to develop joint GTM messaging across partner-facing collateral to support execution and campaigns.Partner Enablement: Design and deploy enablement materials to support partner teams and increase partner engagement in the field. Manage partner communication strategy through partner websites, newsletters, product updates, and promotions.Collaboration and Alignment: Team with senior leaders on objectives and goal setting, also aligning strategy and plans with each partner.Operations: Define methods and establish standardized processes for cross-functional collaboration at scale.Analysis & Optimization: Monitor the performance of partner marketing programs and provide recommendations to improve performance.Budgeting: Plan, manage, and report on the partner marketing budget to execute with precision, and improve ROI and budget allocation.Attributes for a Successful Candidate:

7+ years in B2B enterprise software.4+ years in B2B partner marketing, preferably in enterprise software or SaaS, with experience supporting service/consulting partners (Big 4).Experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or demand generation roles with expertise in developing and managing global programs.Ability to lead and collaborate with our partners’ marketing teams, coordinate and execute on co-marketing plans, and assess effectiveness.Broad marketing knowledge and skills in lead generation and events.Experience working with Marketing and Sales teams to develop content and collateral such as one-pagers, webpages, enablement materials, sales decks, newsletters, etc.Strong project management skills with cross-functional departments and strong attention to detail.Excellent oral and written communication skills with members across all levels of leadership.Proven track record of building successful, trusted partnerships and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Self-starter and quick learner; demonstrated independence and autonomy in a high-performing work environment.Data-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
