Location : Onsite Tues/Wed/Thurs (remote Mon/Fri)

Pay rate : $22-25/hr

Salary : $45-50K DOE

One of our nonprofit clients is looking for a Jr. Graphic Designer to join their internal creative/marketing team for an exciting new role reporting directly to the organization's Creative Director.

This Jr. Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating a range of assets for print, digital, social, etc. and collaborating with other members of the creative/marketing team.

Ideal Jr. Graphic Designer candidates will have:

Fully proficient with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Strong organizational, time management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities with incredible attention to detail.Highly organized self-starter with proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Experience managing, prioritizing, and successfully completing projects within tight deadlines.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including active listening.Ability to build relationships with internal team members across various departments and eager to help support/achieve their goals.Understanding and appreciation of the organization's mission and role within the broader community.

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with marketing/creative leadership to concept, design, and deliver a range of design assets across print, digital. social, email, etc.Refine and adapt existing creative assets and partner with marketing team to help design assets for various print and digital platforms.Partner with the team's Traffic Manager and other internal stakeholders to review, refine, and deliver final design files in line with specs/requirements.Confident presenter and able to present/sell design concepts to senior leaders for review/approvalAbility to take constructive feedback from internal stakeholders and make necessary revisions based on feedback/suggestions.Able to collaborate with external vendors as needed for specific projects.Utilize tools such as Asana, OneDrive, Outlook, etc. as necessary, to streamline project management and collaboration within the team's workflow.Onsite 3 days/week (Tues/Wed/Thurs)Computer will be provided
