Must be able to work onsite in Winona, MN.We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Instructional Designer and Training Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in instructional design while contributing to the development of engaging and impactful learning materials.Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Organization Learning and Development Specialist and Human Resources to develop learning objectives, instructional materials, and assessments.Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), stakeholders, and other team members to gather content, review feedback, and incorporate revisions as needed.Conduct research on learning theories, instructional design models, and best practices in adult education to inform the development of instructional content.Participate in content reviews and quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy, effectiveness, and alignment with learning objectives.Support the implementation of multimedia elements, including graphics, videos, simulations, and interactive activities, to enhance learning experiences.Assist in the evaluation and analysis of learning outcomes and feedback to continuously improve instructional materials and course effectiveness.Develop content for the internal newsletter.Qualifications:
