The Regional Account Executive will join our fast-growing Digital Advertising & Recruiting team that sells our Nurse.com and Relias Recruitment suite of solutions to individual hospitals, larger hospital systems, higher education nursing universities, advertising agencies, and recruiter groups/organizations.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:Identifying and developing new clients within assigned territory.Designing and implementing solutions for short-term needs, as well as developing long-term strategic visions of partnership.Successfully navigating communication with agencies during the sales process to ensure fulfillment of solutions sold.Skillfully addressing any challenges and ensuring alignment with all internal and external parties throughout the delivery of our solutions.Collaborating with multiple departments for creative sales solutions, including implementation, delivery, and fulfillment of solutions sold.Achieving and documenting minimum activity KPI targets in Salesforce.com to ensure strong opportunity and pipeline development.Other duties as assigned by the Manager of Business Development for Digital Advertising and Recruiting.YOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:3 years B2B sales experience with proven history of successBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (4+ years) with an associate degree or diplomaConfidence to prosect and develop new leadsStrong negotiation and closing skillsCreative thinker with the ability to work independentlyActive listening skills to assess prospect/client needs and opportunitiesExcellent organization, time management, and prioritization skillsHave a prowess for virtual and in-person presentations, including excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsMonitor and track updates in our landscape, competitive websites, job boards, web publications and other relevant sources to stay up to speed on industry trendsExcellent level of comprehension of Microsoft Office Tools (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)Ability to manage multiple projects with multiple teams and meet deadlinesCollaborative, positive, and initiative-taking approachCustomer centric focusStrong collaboration skills.IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAVE:Bachelor’s degree2+ years Advertising/Recruitment sales or healthcare sales experience with proven history of success
