Summary:

Responsible for assisting with the Corporate-wide day to day operations of the revenue management department, including distribution of rates and promotions across all channels.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Assists the department management with the creation and implementation of strategic department initiatives.

Creates and disseminates rate plans, rate strategies and promotions.

Manages OTA and Channel Manager Extranets.

Assists Revenue Manager to ensure offers are appropriate, work within the parameters of systems and are executed in a timely manner.

Assists with promotional offers to ensure that they are sellable and visible on all appropriate channels.

Provides outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow employees.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1 year related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.

Efficient use of computers, including but not limited to LMS, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, OTA websites, extranets, and social media sites.

Strong attention to detail.

At least 18 years of age.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal.

Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company.

Verify right to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements:

Occasionally push/pull up to 10 lbs.

Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 15 lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels.

Occasionally squat, kneel, and communicate via radio.

Frequently bend, reach, twist, sit, and stand, and use of phone.

Constant use of hearing and vision, distinguish between shades of color, and use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity.

Work Environment Potential Conditions:

Indoor.
