National Oak Distributors is seeking a Digital Content Collection Associate. This person will be responsible for researching, gathering, and organizing various types of content for our website. This role requires excellent research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about content creation and has a keen eye for detail. Please note this a short-term position anticipated to last three to six months.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough research to find relevant and engaging content for our website by working together with our vendors.Collect and curate content from various sources including websites, vendor portals, articles, blogs, videos, and images.Ensure all collected content meets our quality standards and aligns with our brand voice and guidelines.Organize and categorize content for easy access and reference.Collaborate with the content creation team to ensure timely delivery of content.Assist in content editing and proofreading as needed.Perform other related duties as assigned.Qualifications:Experience in content collection, research, or a related role.Strong research skills and the ability to source reliable and relevant content.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.Preferred Skills:Comfortable with Microsoft Excel & using VLOOKUP’sSome Experience with graphic design or multimedia content creation.
