What will you doBuild and grow our Growth Marketing engine to the next level. We have built data onboarding solutions with massive scaling potential, and need a Marketing Manager in the B2B SaaS arena to drive our initiatives. Work closely with our marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams to position our startup as a leading AI SaaS company in Europe.

In this role, you will lead our growth marketing efforts, empowering countless companies to streamline their operations and boost efficiency.

You will:

Develop a deep understanding of our market and target audience , uncovering the best channels to captivate and engage them.

Design and optimize multi-channel campaigns

that generate a robust pipeline, working hand-in-hand with marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams. Your arsenal may include social media, email, ads, search engine campaigns, events, etc.

Collaborate with our content strategist to

identify key topics and create compelling content , attracting our ideal customer profile, through various formats (landing pages, blog posts, case studies, sales decks, emails, etc).

Leverage new insights

to continuously elevate our multi-channel strategy, ensuring we achieve our goals together.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) , devising optimization strategies and sharing relevant metrics with the growth team.

Play an active role in team stand-ups, end-of-month reviews, and retrospectives , sharing your insights and ideas.

What success looks like in this role

3 months:

You’ll have defined and managed our lead nurturing strategy, optimizing lead conversion. Your first campaigns will be up and running, generating a strong pipeline.

6 months:

You’ll be leading the charge with multi-channel campaigns, crafting strategies, aligning teams, and executing plans with precision.

1 year:

Your efforts will have made a significant, measurable impact on pipeline generation, playing a crucial role in nuvo’s overall success.

What we are looking for

Education in

business, marketing, or a related field

(Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)

3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing , preferably at an early-stage startup with a sales-led motion

Strong communication and writing skills with

excellent English

Proven track record in

building impactful multi-channel campaigns

across all buying stages

Well-organized with strong attention to detail , capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously

Self-reliant and proactive , taking initiative to drive nuvo forward

Tech-savvy

and passionate about transforming data to make it universally understandable

You are

based in Germany

— you can work remotely or at our offices in Hamburg and Berlin

Nice-to-have

Professional working proficiency level in German

You are familiar with product management and developer personas and the data integration industry
