We are currently searching for an experienced Marketing Specialist to share their expertise with our Acres team as we grow.Acres is the most comprehensive, accurate, and useful mapping tool for agriculture. There are over 50 million farmland owners in the world that require a better service to explore their land. That includes using satellite imagery to discover how the land has evolved, pricing land at market values through valuation algorithms, and exploring many layers of underlying agronomic information.As a part of the AcreTrader team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference. We hire people who buck boredom, embrace change, and are always searching for innovative ways to solve complex problems.Reporting to the Acres Marketing Manager, the Acres Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing projects, improving process automation, and staying in constant communication with key stakeholders. This person will also play an integral role in reporting on the data and realizing the significant impact of their work.This is an opportunity for a candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate cross-functionally to gather project requirements, communicate on status, and ensure that our work is completed in a timely and organized manner. The ideal candidate has a genuine interest and curiosity in agriculture, geospatial data, and technology, and is ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced high-growth environment.Core Responsibilities:

You will organize incoming requests as projects and define appropriate timelines and tasks; establish priority and assign appropriate team members to tasks.You will communicate with key project stakeholders to gather all project requirements, set timeline expectations, and provide updates.You will manage projects on an ongoing basis to ensure we’re on track to meet deadlines, keep a tight feedback loop with the team on status, and reprioritize work when needed to hit our highest priority targets.You will recommend ways to automate manual tasks for project management, create templates for repeatable/similar work, and more in our project management system.You will manage conference planning and logistics, including communication with attendees, packing and shipping booth materials, and ensuring all deliverables are met for sponsorships.You will track and report on performance for all marketing channels on a weekly basis.You will assist with setting up digital ad campaigns on various platforms, including LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads.You will conduct quarterly audits to maintain workflow efficiency in Asana and HubSpot.Key Competencies:

Experience as a marketing coordinator or related role in a fast-paced environment.Ability to prioritize a large workload and distill large amounts of information into concise, actionable tasks.Mindset geared towards continuous improvement and efficiency.Ability to adapt, respond, and reallocate resources in a changing environment.Technical expertise in project management software.Experience in marketing or familiarity with concepts/tactics involved with the work of a marketing team.Fayetteville, AR-based.Preferred Qualifications:
