Marketing Manager

will join a growing marketing team as we support a rapidly growing business. One of the team's primary objectives is contributing to a third of our organizational sales targets. The Marketing Operations Specialist role will be to help the marketing team as we become more sophisticated in our ability to target and attract new customers and provide insight and analytics to the team and Sales pipeline. Through data management, analytics and reporting, budgeting and financial tracking, as well as other operational skills, this role will be pivotal in ensuring we are able to hit our goals. At the same time, we will look to become more nimble in identifying our most successful initiatives and achieve efficiencies within our budget.RESPONSIBILITIES

Other Duties May Be AssignedMeasure, report and analyze marketing results of campaigns, projects, and other initiativesAssist in development and measurement of marketing KPIsAssist in development of campaign ROI models and provide reporting on marketing campaigns to determine effectivenessDevelop dashboards and standardized reports to provide ongoing insights to marketing and sales stakeholders and work to ensure utilization and adoption of reportingAssist with development of prospect and customer segmentation and leverage segmentation in reporting and analyticsAdvise marketing functions on data requirements necessary to develop reports and provide analysis and participate in development of process and system modifications to deliver required dataTrack, maintain and report on the marketing budget, vendor quotes and SOWs, and invoicesWork with accounting and purchasing to ensure accurate collection of expenses and accruals, manage purchase orders and ensure timely processing of invoicesMaintain data integrity of marketing automation platform and assist in developing processes and naming conventions to enforce data integrityPerform and assist in regular data maintenance tasks to ensure cleanliness and adherence to guidelines and standards of marketing automation, sales force automation and content management systemsManagement of Marketing Campaigns in Salesforce.comSupport of website operations including management of tracking codes and tagging and content entry as necessarySupport loading data from field marketing operations to the marketing automation platformBasic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferably in information systems or business or equivalent professional experienceTwo or more years of experience in an analytical or marketing operations roleAdvanced experience with MS Excel - formulas, pivot tables and charts, v-look ups etc.Experience with an analytics tool, preferably Google AnalyticsPreferred Qualifications

Experience working with a business intelligence toolExperience with statistical techniques i.e. regressions, standard deviationsExperience with a CRM platform (especially Salesforce.com)Experience with a marketing automation platform (especially Pardot)Experience with a content management system (especially Sitecore)Scripting or programming to create and automate reportingKnowledge, Skills And Abilities
