The

Marketing Coordinator

will join a growing marketing team as we support a rapidly growing business. The Marketing Coordinator role will be to help the marketing team as we become more sophisticated in our ability to target and attract new audiences and provide insight and analytics to the team and company. Through data management, analytics and reporting, budgeting and financial tracking, as well as other operational skills, this role will be pivotal in ensuring the team is able to hit its goals. They will also support the achievement of company goals through executing on an event program to include company-hosted events, sponsorships at partner and industry events and membership with local organizations and associations. Responsibilities will include working to identifying and securing event and sponsorship opportunities within each local market, coordination of event logistics, collateral, signage and giveaways, budget management, communication management among internal stakeholders on activity planning and follow up.

RESPONSIBILITIES, other duties may be assigned.

Support the execution of demand generation and marketing campaigns through coordination of marketing materials, Salesforce campaigns, and list imports, etc.

Track, maintain and report on the marketing budget, vendor quotes and SOWs, and invoices.

Work with accounting and purchasing to ensure accurate collection of expenses and accruals, manage purchase orders and ensure timely processing of invoices.

Maintain internal marketing calendar by collecting and documenting all upcoming marketing activities and optimize events calendar over time to maximize overall impact.

Maintains promotional materials by managing inventory and coordinating requests for sales, product teams, executives, and channel partners.

Support website administration through content updates and managing maintenance requests.

Maintain the events section of the company website to be sure all prospect and client-facing events are posted and regularly updated.

Measure, report and analyze marketing results of campaigns, projects, and other initiatives.

Maintain inventory of swag and wearables – including ordering and shipping to events and/or employees

Support planning for local, regional and national-hosted and non-hosted events and activities through shipping, collateral coordination and ordering giveaways

Maintain data integrity of marketing automation platform and assist in developing processes and naming conventions to enforce data integrity.

Assist in measurement of marketing KPIs.

Assist with campaign ROI models and report on marketing campaigns.

Assist with the creation of dashboards and standardized reports to provide ongoing insights to marketing and sales stakeholders and work to ensure utilization and adoption of reporting.

Travel as necessary to attend major QTS hosted events and tradeshows (approximately 20 – 30%)

Conduct additional activities in support of the Marketing and Sales teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Two or more years’ experience in a marketing role

Cross-functional project management skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Involvement or experience with Salesforce and Pardot is preferred.

Previous experience supporting a field and sales organization is preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization.

Experience in working with website CMS platforms is preferred.

Proficiency in basic business software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, required.

Works effectively and efficiently with both limited input and direction.

Manages multiple and diverse projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Translates ideas and direction effectively.

Possesses excellent quality assurance and proofing skills, taking great pride in quality work.

Excellent communication skills
