The primary objective of the Sr. Creative Designer is to lead with the voice of the customer and have a deep understanding of all design principles. Being an active influencer with strong business acumen to help demonstrate the value of design. Experience in customer journey mapping and strategic design to complement design foundations. Overseeing design projects and ensuring high-quality deliverables. The Sr. Creative Designer must think critically and creatively to present concepts visually, know how to interpret data, and make informed design decisions based on qualitative and quantitative insights. They evaluate a company’s goals and expectations, then direct their team to create visually appealing pieces that tell the story of the company’s brand.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop user personas, sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes to translate research insights into design solutions, ability to communicate design ideas and solutions effectively.Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for websites and mobile applications.Ensure UI elements align with brand guidelines and industry best practices.Create high-quality graphic design assets such as logos, icons, illustrations, and marketing materials.Be a generalist comfortable with a wide range of design tasks (UX, UI, branding, etc.).Represent the company's design expertise internally and externally through thought leadership.Be at the forefront of AI-enabled and AI-first thinking in proposing user-centric designs.Generate detailed experience design guidelines and documentation.Serve as a bridge connecting UX, design, copy, experimentation, and research.Educate others on interface guidelines and design patterns.Amazon:

Optimizing current images and A+ Content.Creating Storefront images and graphics.Keeping up with evolving design trends and learning from Amazon's top sellers for fresh insights.Research what our customer's preferences are and see what competitors are doing so we can create designs that resonate.Repurposing content to fit sponsored branded videos or other sponsored campaigns.A/B testing artwork and messaging to maximize campaign ROI. Track content performance (conversions, reads, etc.) Incorporate key learnings into future plans and projects.Digital:

Designs and creates production-ready art for printed material such as flyers, sell sheets, catalogs, product documentation, and promotional items.Designs and creates art for trade show graphics and product callouts.Designs and creates e-mail and social media posts and other lead-generation activity.Sets up and performs photo and video shoots as required.Maintains brand standards and brand guidebook.Maintains a “marketing library” of literature pieces, photos, videos, presentations, product manuals, and corporate documents.RequirementsEducation & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience (Graphic Design, Web Design).5+ years of experience within a Creative Manager role, preferably within an in-house creative department.Prior experience working in the natural products industry, with herbal focus preferred but not required.Technical Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Suite.Proficient in project management systems and consumer insight platforms.Practical knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and/or other industry comparative tool.Qualifications & Requirements:

Ability to motivate and work within a collaborative team environment and adapt to emerging priorities and unexpected challenges.Experienced with an iterative design process that includes soliciting and acting on feedback.Experience mentoring other designers, providing feedback and coaching work.Ability to structure complex information, plan, prioritize, delegate tasks, and focus on deliverables.Trustworthy, reliable, takes ownership, and is proactive in learning and delivering excellence.Excellent research, troubleshooting, interpersonal and organizational skills.Own and manage content marketing calendar to align with business objectives and ensure consistency.Responsible for timely deployment of programs by managing stakeholders, vendors, budget, timelines and processes.Collaborate with Director of Marketing with creative review process, providing constructive feedback on making changes in the review and approval process.Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to drive geographically distributed teammates with various backgrounds and levels of seniority.Ability to exercise judgment and work in a fast-paced environment.Must be able to maintain confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive documents and information.Assist with efficient team operation and continuous process improvement, by participating actively in all team and departmental meetings.Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including demonstrated strong narrative and brand copywriting chops. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information. Ability to articulate and present ideas and solutions to internal teams and stakeholders.
