Senior Director of Marketing
to join our operations team. Our Senior Director of Marketing will lead the team to enhance our database and help tell our story to both external and internal audiences for all 3 of our lines of business, as well as the employer brand. You will collaborate closely with departments to develop internal and external materials that communicate our brands in an authentic and compelling way.About YOUYOU possess comprehensive expertise and hands-on experience in leading marketing teams, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns and enhancing brand visibility across multiple platforms. Your colleagues view you as a skilled communicator and active listener, seamlessly collaborating across departments to achieve shared goals while ensuring prompt, accurate, and engaging communication with all stakeholders.Your Day to DayMarketing Senior Director ResponsibilitiesWork closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to identify our target audiences and determine goals.Lead and direct marketing team.Manage vendor relationships and negotiate agreements for services supported by the marketing function.Participate in department budget development process and regularly monitor and analyze department progress vs. plans and budget.Manage, monitor, and recommend improvements for marketing efforts across multiple platforms.Manage the data entry efforts to get new leads into the databases.Collaborate with leadership to develop, manage, and facilitate internal company presentations, awards, and promotional events.Drive organic social media engagement by generating and executing a social media strategy across various platforms.Lead the design and implement direct email marketing campaigns. Monitor industry content and competitive marketing to inform relevant and timely content creation and distribution strategies.Manage and report on marketing campaigns and results; use results to determine ROI, make suggestions for improvements, and establish best practices.Ensure prompt, accurate, and error-free communication with customers to build loyal relationships and minimize unsubscribes.Oversee multiple websites to ensure performance optimization and content updates.Still Interested?
