The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role at Aetna Building Solutions in helping to create and drive marketing strategies that promote our products and services, build our powerful brands, and contribute to the company’s objectives for growing market share and profitabilityThe marketing manager will manage all marketing activities, oversee the implementation of various campaigns to help drive sales performance and work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve all marketing objectivesDevelop marketing strategies in line with corporate goals, designed to grow sustainable revenue, market share, margin, and profitabilityDevelop and execute marketing strategies including digital platforms and traditional advertising, PR, sales promotions, tradeshows, events and moreHelp develop the themes, messaging and media mix for campaigns that reach, influence, and convert buying influences throughout our Midwest marketsEnsure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and monitor brand health to enhance brand reputation and elevate awarenessOversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaignsManage all social media platforms and construct plans for content creation and systematic outbound messaging to drive company and brand awarenessCollaborate with content creators to develop compelling, relevant, and engaging marketing collateral, including blog posts, videos, infographics and moreConduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insightsUse data-driven insights to refine marketing strategiesCoordinate and oversee the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and other marketing eventsCollaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns and projects when necessaryWork with a team of sales, specifications, and product managers enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials, and presentationsWork closely with product management team to define marketing materials, programs, and quarterly/annual marketing plansDeveloping and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organizationMeet the internal marketing needs of corporate communications, recruitment, inside sales, and other departments as neededUndertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trendsBuild stronger relationships with customers through participating in local trade associations, professional organizations and industry shows/events as directedBenefits
