Bigly is hiring a Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing strategy and oversee promotion campaigns, playing a pivotal role in enhancing our brand and driving sales. This role requires 100% dedication and extreme ownership of one's work.This is an in-house position located in Fayetteville, Arkansas.Responsibilities:

Craft effective marketing strategies to elevate the Bigly brand and increase sales.Own the end-to-end implementation of successful marketing campaigns from brainstorming to execution.Generate valuable and compelling content for media channels to attract and convert target groups.Prepare and manage the marketing budget, and provide team leadership.Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.Required Qualifications:

5+ years of marketing experienceDemonstrated success in identifying target audiences and leading cross-channel marketing campaignsSolid knowledge of website analytics tools, SEO, and CRM systemsAdvanced written and verbal communication skillsThrives in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesExcellent multitasking and time management skillsStrong leadership with a commitment to extreme ownership
