In response to their colossal success and scale in 2023, they’re looking for a Manager of Email and Text Marketing to lead the entire strategy for their personalized marketing (text push and automation) in 2024 and beyond.It will be your responsibility to mentor a team of three implementers through the day-to-day marketing planning and operations for email, text, personalization, promotions, and campaign setup, including journeys and multi-channel coordination. You’ll employ the most effective tactics to acquire new customers, retain and grow existing customers, and reactivate dormant customers, as well as seek out solutions to improve efficiencies. This role works cross-functionally with multiple departments.If you’re skilled at developing e-commerce email marketing strategies, planning and managing email and text campaigns, driving execution, and optimizing programs to meet specified performance objectives, then this is the gig for you.Why You?To do this job right, you need to have 6+ years of email and text marketing experience, including at least 3 years of full campaign ownership (strategy, planning, executing, and analyzing campaigns). You must have a bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, mathematics, statistics, or a related field (quantitative disciplines preferred).
