There's more than 900 of us in the global Xplor Fitness and Wellbeing team and we're passionate about enabling gym and studio owners, leisure centers, and personal trainers to deliver better business outcomes for themselves and their customers.Job DescriptionWe are on the hunt for a highly strategic and creative Content Marketing Manager to lead content generation for our Coach and Ignite segments. This exciting position provides the opportunity to join a dynamic marketing team that has more than doubled in size in the past 12 months! To say the least - there are lots of exciting things happening and the team ambitions are big! The Xplor Fitness and Wellbeing vertical is in the process of establishing an in-house agency encompassing performance marketing, creative, and content services. This role is a key role within that team, leading the strategy and production of content for our brand and demand generation efforts. You'll be partnering with key teams in our vertical - the Commercial sales team, the customer service team, and the product teams - to identify key messages that speak to our prospects and clients. Then together with the creative copywriter and external partners, you'll lead the development of engaging content that drives our demand generation efforts across paid digital, organic, and social channels. The role reports into the Regional Marketing Leader for North America and works alongside the Product and Field Marketing Managers in the region. This is a key leadership role within the North American team as it is part of a new content development function being built from the ground up, so there is a significant opportunity to put your stamp on the processes, ways of working, and culture of the team.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and own the content offer conversion strategy for our Coach and Ignite brands globally.Partner with the Product, Sales, and wider Marketing team to develop a quarterly content calendar aimed at converting web visitors into leads.Maintain a high-quality content database by regularly auditing the performance of our content and historically optimizing content to ensure content is highly valuable, accurate, and brand compliant.Report on the performance of net new content and content optimizations to inform future content development and help the team decide which high-impact opportunities to prioritize.Standardize content performance reporting to inform leadership on the evolution of the conversion strategy across all channels.Partner with our web strategy team, when needed, to inform tests across content offer landing pages and calls-to-action to increase conversion rate.Create, update, and manage content resources for brands in a visible and usable way for use by product, sales, and other marketing teams.Help translate the technology into a customer-focused value statement (what problem are we solving? how does this technology help customers achieve their goals?)Formalize templates and tools for producing content at the product level (ex: content audit, data analysis, impact assessments).QualificationsExperience / Skills Required5 years experience developing and executing a product-related content strategy with proven results.Demonstrated leadership in using content strategy principles to plan and deliver content to multiple stakeholders and persuading them to adopt new ideas.Evidence of best practice content execution using a variety of content types to reach various audiences (video/interaction/personalisation/latest content trends).Expert at using data, user research, and industry trends to inform content decisions.Commercial business experience (driving ROI).Experience/Skills DesiredExperience with SaaS products and/or solution selling is desirable.Previous success working in a matrix organisation and/or cross-functional environment.Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to address audiences of varying seniority and relevance.Experience with marketing automation tools and Salesforce CRM is an advantage.Previous experience working abroad or in an international capacity in a global company.Be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude and be very comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities.Additional InformationWhat does it mean to work for Xplor? $80K -- $100KMinimum Qualification:
