Job Summary

Develop visuals used in a variety of creative projects, including ads, brochures, corporate identity, packaging, presentations, promotional displays, signage, and web assets. Candidates must possess a strong sense of concept development in addition to communication, collaboration, research, problem-solving and presentation skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is required. Web design skills are a plus, as is knowledge of typography, color, and production.

Design high-quality graphics for various marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, website graphics, presentations, social media posts, and email campaigns.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand design needs and brand guidelines.Design eye-catching graphics that are on-brand, consistent with style guides, and resonate with target audiences.Utilize industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite) to create high-quality layouts, illustrations, and mockups.Adapt existing design elements for various applications, maintaining brand consistency across all materials.Maintain a strong understanding of current design trends and best practices.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.Work within tight deadlines.Qualifications

3-5 years of experience as a graphic designer in an agency or corporate setting.Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design skills and a keen eye for detail.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Excellent understanding of design principles (composition, color theory, typography).Experience working within brand guidelines and maintaining brand consistency.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.Leadership
