Serving as a part of the broader National Marketing Team, the Marketing & Analytics Targeting team is tasked with adding enterprise-wide value through consumer-first targeting and data-based insights and strategy. These functions enable increasingly personalized experiences for Hallmark's consumers, extended brand reach, and identification of new marketing opportunities.What Your Role Entails And How You'll Contribute

We are looking for a curious, results-oriented Marketing Specialist to help lead consumer-first targeting and analysis of marketing communications to drive Hallmark sales. The Marketing Specialist assists with the targeting strategy and enables activation across a variety of marketing channels, including SMS, Email, and Direct Mail.In this role, you will work closely with a number of business partners from across the organization to identify test opportunities and provide audience recommendations, translate strategic marketing needs into consumer analytical asks, maintain compliance with data privacy standards, ensure the right consumers receive the right message; and confirm our audience strategy aligns with overarching loyalty program goals.You will have 'full circle' collaboration opportunities: using consumer insights to align strategy, target campaigns, design and implement testing within/across campaigns, report on the impact of campaigns, and utilize insights to influence future campaigns. Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of professional work experienceAt least 2 years of professional work experienceExperience using Microsoft 365 tools (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)Experience working independently and as part of a teamPreferred Qualifications

Experience using a CRM tool (i.e., SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Teradata CIM, etc.)Experience with Data Visualization toolsStrong problem-solving skills, ability to manage ambiguity, and adapt to changeAble to work autonomously, exercising independent judgment and decision making with minimal supervisionExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with strong organizational, planning and interpersonal skillsMarketing Analytics or Segmentation experienceAbility to write or modify SQL to analyze consumer dataExperience with Mobile Measurement Partner or CDPAdditional Details
