Position Description:

Responsible for management of the day-to-day operations for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities’ marketing team. Manages marketing portfolio manager project leads, and marketing production manager. Also serves as a marketing project manager on individual campaigns or large-scale initiatives. Activates marketing project development once a project moves from strategy to logistical execution, oversees and builds timelines, allocates Team Member assignments, and ensures the successful completion of day-to-day project tasks, and budget tracking.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Receives all campaign or individual marketing requests to review and build out timelines using project management software for all marketing and creative production requests.Organizes project, initiative, and campaign calendars to guide portfolio manager resourcing based on organizational needs.Communicates with various project stakeholders within the marketing department as well as other departments to provide overviews of project status and other necessary communications.Attends cross-departmental project meetings to track organization-wide project status and reports back with updates.Ensures proper assignment of project tasks to Team Members, prepares deadlines, and provides follow-up as needed to ensure tasks are completed on time.Escalates when there are project concerns and/or timing issues to determine if re-prioritization is needed.Provides guidance to direct reports on logistical solutions.Provides guidance for organizational signage needs including retail store signage, donation center signage, and other building operational and customer focused signage.Prepares compilation recaps to inform areas of the business key campaign updates, milestones, metrics and reporting.Functions as a major contributor to various marketing projects and collaboration efforts.Provides professional development and guidance to direct reports.Responsible for performance management (coaching, discipline, performance improvement plans, and annual reviews), staffing, compensation, and development of Team Members.Models Goodwill Core Values – Trust, Collaboration, Engagement, Ownership, and Innovation.Perform other related duties, as assigned.Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills):

Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or another related field.Must have 5 – 7 years’ experience with a high-volume employer (1,500+ employees).Previous people management experience required.Project management certification a plus.Proven ability to be analytical and review data effectively.Strong written and verbal communication skills to support facilitating project updates and related discussions.Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple, complex projects in varying stages of development under time pressure and deadlines.Demonstrated project management skills including software expertise, and strong attention to detail.Proficient with MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus.Strong history of quickly building relationships, as well as gaining credibility and partnering with peers.Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.Ability to speak and read English proficiently.Benefits:
