2626 W Beryl Ave Phoenix Arizona, 85021Position Description:Supports a multitude of marketing and communications initiatives for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities. This includes department project coordination and logistics support. May support in project activation, digital content creation, social media monitoring, signage and production facilitation and public relations logistics.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provides day-to-day logistics support for department portfolio managers once projects are activated.Monitors incoming project requests to identify areas of immediate support when needed.Assists with the coordination of consumer-facing public relations efforts as needed.Supports content development for owned media channels including e-mail, social media, and internal informational employee content as needed.Provides operational support for production manager in signage, interior design, and on-site evaluations.Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.Values – Trust, Collaboration, Engagement, Ownership, and Innovation.Performs other related duties, as assigned.Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills):Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or another related field preferred.Must have 3-5 years’ experience with a high volume employer (1,500+ employees).Proven ability to be analytical and handle data effectively.Strong history of quickly building relationships, gaining credibility, and partnering with department leaders and peers.Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple, complex projects in varying stages of development under time pressure and deadlines.Demonstrated project management skills and strong attention to detail.Possess the maturity to handle sensitive information.Proficient with MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to speak and read English proficiently.Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.You will be eligible for a comprehensive Total Rewards package, 1st of the month following 60 days of employment that includes the following:5 Medical PlansEmployer Funded Health Reimbursement Account (HRA)3 Dental PlansVision Plan401K (Immediate participation upon hire)Employer Paid Life InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Paid Time Off; Sick and VacationPaid HolidaysBecome a valuable part of our team and work for a company which has been named a Best Place to work by the Phoenix Business Journal 4 out of the last 5 years.
