This team engages in several projects for clients, providing the best-in-class marketing automation experience. You will report to a Manager.Responsibilities:Responsible for the build of marketing automation programs within various platforms, including assembly of emails using existing templates.Understand the business needs/problems that automation will help to solve.Utilize requirements provided by client teams to build emails in a marketing automation platform content builder console.Partner with client business marketers and IT development teams to develop processes and solutions.Participate in requirements discovery meetings with client teams to document user stories and develop solutions.Collaborate with Marketing Automation Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for fast delivery on shorter go-to-market timelines.Responsible for building and testing user journeys.Manage and execute test plans to ensure all links and HTML content are tested properly before deployment.Understand the end-to-end experience of emails and landing pages from creation to deployment and reporting.Serve as a platform liaison in troubleshooting data or technical challenges.Provide support in pulling program performance reports and setting up A/B testing.Experience with Jira, Workfront (preferred) or other Agile Management tools.Guided by marketing automation program best procedures.Strong ownership and willingness to take initiative.Qualifications / Requirements:2-5 or more years of experience in digital marketing and marketing automation projects.Extensive experience with email and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua), with a strong preference for Marketo.Demonstrated experience with a wide range of MarTech including CRM/Marketing Automation, Analytics, and Data Visualization.Experience with design elements of front-end or Marketing Automation development.Additional Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with remote teams and clients.Experience with HTML or CSS email code review using tools such as Adobe Dreamweaver.Concentrix is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer including Disabled/Vets.
