As they continue to scale rapidly, they seek a strategic and dynamic Vice President of Marketing to join their executive team. This role is pivotal in driving the company’s growth and positioning them as a leader in the industry.Role Overview:As the Vice President of Marketing, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s ambitious growth objectives. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement marketing initiatives that not only enhance brand awareness but also drive revenue growth and market share.This C-level role demands a visionary leader with a proven track record of scaling revenue in a high-growth environment. Your experience in the Colocation industry, combined with your ability to lead and inspire a marketing team, will be critical in taking the company to the next level.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a robust marketing strategy that supports the company’s growth objectives and aligns with its overall business goals.

Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team to deliver exceptional results.

Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.

Collaborate with the executive team to align marketing strategies with business objectives, providing insights and recommendations to drive revenue growth.

Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and ensure a high return on investment.

Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize impact.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.

Qualifications:Proven experience as a VP of Marketing or in a similar executive-level role within the SaaS or Colocation industry.

Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that have materially contributed to business growth and revenue scaling.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing marketing team.

In-depth knowledge of the Colocation industry, with a strong understanding of market trends and competitive dynamics.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on metrics and ROI.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
