Responsibilities
Taking ownership of product quality on video-on-demand/live-streaming/real-time communication systems from backend including designing test strategy, writing test cases, executing functional/performance/regression cases, verifying bug fixes, and giving test reports; flexible work hours.Responsible for tracking task progress, assessing potential risk, coordinating across geographically distributed teams, and providing delivery with good quality.Responsible for developing automation new features and regression test cases and building CI/CD-related work.Responsible for building/optimizing development and QA processes to help improve quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.Proven work experience in black-box and white-box testing, functional and performance testing, experience in backend testing is a plus.Demonstrated coding skills in python/go/java, experience on automation test framework like pytest/testNG is a plus.Excellent learning, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Passionate, self-motivated and good teamwork skills.Proficiency in quality metrics, dashboards, and KPI management is a plus.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $122400 - $266000 annually.Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.Our company benefits are designed to convey company culture and values, to create an efficient and inspiring work environment, and to support our employees to give their best in both work and life. We offer the following benefits to eligible employees:We cover 100% premium coverage for employee medical insurance, approximately 75% premium coverage for dependents and offer a Health Savings Account(HSA) with a company match.
