You are proficient at current design software programs and understand the connection between good design and great design. You know kerning and leading, and you have an undeniable understanding of popular culture, social relevance, and environment design, allowing you to create compelling design that conveys our brand message. Retail design experience and an understanding of product displays, visual merchandising, and consumer interaction with retail environments would be a plus.This position is based at our global headquarters in Morgan Hill, CA (typical schedule is 3 days/week in office and 2 days/week remote).Responsibilities

Working within Global Brand Design and Global Retail Design, you will collaborate with Art Directors and the Marketing Team to:Help design product launch assetsIn-store graphics and product launch materials for marketing campaigns, retail initiatives, and customer experiencesDevelop and apply visual standards in the design of retail marketing including banners, signage, wayfinding, brochures, in-store branding, and additional graphics supporting retailSupport the design team by building production-ready filesCollaborate with the Retail Team to visualize graphics in a physical spaceCreate assorted print and digital assetsAbout You

BFA in related field preferred or 2+ years of relevant work experienceA portfolio with examples of high-quality design workHigh level of proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and PhotoshopExperience working in Figma and Miro a plusExperience with project management software and Jira a plusAbility to hit stringent deadlines while working on multiple projectsExcellent time management and prioritization skillsPay

California Base Pay Range: $68,000- $110,000 annually. Your base pay is part of your total compensation package and will depend on your work experience, skills, certification, and location.Benefits
