The channel marketing manager leads development and execution of content and campaigns across multiple distribution channels - including Retail Platforms, Custodial Platforms, TAMPs, RIAs and Regional Banks - that contribute to business goals and deliver measurable outcomes.Key Responsibilities Include:

Execute Marketing Plans and Programs:

Manage process and define and/or influence strategies for execution.Prioritizes and executes channel campaigns, content needs, and tools that are necessary to successfully deliver on channel priorities.

Supports internal and external elements necessary to the successful execution of segment marketing plans, including working with necessary internal marketing and distribution partners, ensuring all legal and compliance obligations are satisfied, and sharing all necessary content with external partners for review and approval.

May provide recommendations on additional key performance indicators, benchmarks, and tactical marketing plan adjustments.

Facilitates US Intermediaries Sales and Marketing Integration:

Works closely with Sales (internal and external) to ensure alignment and integration. Partners with Enterprise Marketing departments to ensure readiness for execution.Partners with Advisor Marketing partners and sales teams to deliver on client needs.

Collaborates with Enterprise Marketing partners to leverage best practices for campaign and content delivery.

Leads ongoing sales communication process by Channel (e.g., Seismic, weekly content emails).

Measure and Optimize:

Take a lead role in advancing our reporting, benchmarking, and data presentation efforts.Responsible for assessing marketing impact and adjusting tactics as needed.

Develop automated reports and dashboards leveraging Tableau and take a lead role in the interpretation of data and presentation of results.

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years in a client-facing role (internal or external) focused on executing campaigns and providing strategic insights and recommendations.

Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills and ability to effectively connect with all levels of the organization.

Experience with Adobe Campaign, Seismic, and Salesforce.

Ability to handle multiple projects at one time, work under pressure, and within tight timelines.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND 5+ years of total relevant work experience.Work Flexibility:
