The Marketing Communications Campaign Manager will lead the development and execution of complex marketing communications plans to effectively represent the products, services, brands and the organization to customers and prospects. This role will manage large, complex projects, helping strategically communicate information about CASC NA products and services.Key Accountabilities

Lead planning and execution of large scale, multichannel marketing communications and promotion efforts.Identify and implement marketing strategies and programs in collaboration with sales and technical teams.Develop campaign plans that drive results for the business.Collaborate with key stakeholders, other members of the marketing communications team and third-party suppliers to deliver customer-driven, measurable marketing communications campaigns.Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing or related field or equivalent experience.Minimum of four years of related work experience in marketing and communications planning.Good understanding of communications channels and content development for those channels.Experience in driving marketing effectiveness in both digital and offline communication channels.Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in the agriculture industry.Experience with a variety of marketing communications strategies used within a global and customer-driven matrix organization.Experience with stakeholder management.Leading or supervisory experience.Ability to translate complicated messaging into easily understood language and communications.Equal Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Vet.
