Job Purpose and Impact

The Senior Organizational Design and Change Management Consultant will flex across assignments to support assigned enterprise groups or functions. In this role, you will support the delivery of organizational design and change management for large and complex initiatives as well as strategic workforce planning. You will cultivate strong working relationships across the domain and the enterprise to develop standardized, harmonized and efficient processes to drive optimal business outcomes.

Key Accountabilities

Develop organizational design, change and strategic workforce planning efforts to large scale and complex programs and initiatives and leverage the company's standardized frameworks, methodology and tools.Provide support and act as point person for the assigned strategic initiatives running in parallel of enterprise and function transformations while supporting the projects change management effort.Develop and deliver complex roadmaps and requirements for transformation execution at the right time and with the highest quality of delivery.Collaborate with essential teams to ensure cohesive alignment to the overall human resources vision and strategy.Implement and document lessons learned from each project to ensure feedback and lessons learned are documented and used during strategy refresh.Cultivate a strong continuous improvement culture to deploy scalable, simplified and standardized processes and support strategic and innovative thinking into initiatives and projects.Partner across various enterprises and functions to ensure the demand is met with allocated resources.Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experienceMinimum of four years of related work experiencePreferred Qualifications
