The ideal candidate needs to be a strong leader, confident communicator, and strategic thinker with a keen eye for details in order to work collaboratively with a variety of personalities under multiple competing deadlines.The Marketing Director needs to possess exceptional writing, project management, organizational and technical skills needed to execute marketing plans and designs. This role is responsible for working with the leadership team and brokers to develop and implement a marketing strategy to position Colliers as a leader in the commercial real estate industry through innovative and measurable tactics. Accountable for developing the local structure, processes and campaigning for resources required to execute on marketing initiatives. Provides leadership and support tools for the local team to align with the marketing strategy.What You BringBachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required.A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a marketing role – prior experience in the commercial real estate industry preferable.Experience in a supervisory/leadership role.Brand management experience.Proficiency in Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).Familiarity with and proficiency in email marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Constant Contact, etc.).Proficiency in digital project management platforms to effectively manage team workflow (Smartsheet, etc.).Capacity to write and generate content with strong editing and proofreading skills with an emphasis on business writing and an ability to articulate client value.Ability to shift priorities and deliver projects on a timely basis, well organized, excellent time management skills and ability to interface with top-level executives.A strong work ethic, the strength to thrive in a dynamic and demanding work environment, and an ability to meet critical deadlines.Bonus Skills And ExperienceCommercial Real Estate Experience.What Success Looks LikeYou will supervise the marketing support team to include performance management, oversight, development, hiring, staffing, managing priorities.You will serve as marketing liaison between regional marketing, national marketing and local Operations Manager and marketing teams.You will act as editor-in-chief for significant projects, support research with copyediting quarterly reports, building new templates; ensure brand compliance as outlined by global and national marketing directives.You will develop and write key sections for marketing strategy, market overview, team bios, website content, and company information.You will develop and deliver tracking reports, presentations, and analytics on progress of priorities, goals, activities, and programs; monthly, quarterly, semiannually and annual presentations and reporting.You will maintain annual marketing operating budget and promotional spend in partnership with executive leadership team.You will provide guidance and advice to the marketing (graphics team)/client services staff and work with researchers and broker teams on pitch and proposal presentation materials.You will assist in the development of content and pursuit strategy, and play an active role in project managing all aspects of the pursuit.You will actively participate in client engagement strategy development and help local resources execute best practice in engagement activities such as messaging, events, external communications, and segmenting target audience.You will offer leadership in property marketing strategy for effective campaign development and implementation.You will assist in execution for high value property campaigns and detailed budget across multiple platforms, defining metrics and reporting.You will manage external communications and promotion with the media in partnership with the Northeast’s public relations firm, Goldin Solutions, through press releases, advertisements, and other means.You will promote and deliver the Colliers brand offer through the production of collateral materials in support of marketing campaigns.You will track, archive, and promote Colliers in the news as directed by Managing Director and regional marketing.Make your next move an expert one and
