Position Summary:

The Product Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in taking Pax8 to the next stage in its growth to evolve into a technology company. They develop and manage comprehensive product marketing strategies for global audiences by driving our ambitious business growth objectives. With support from the Product Marketing Director, they will serve as the Marketing advisor for designated product launches, collaborating with key marketing leaders, subject matter experts, and the Product and Engineering team to drive results.

Essential Responsibilities:

Uses an emerging strategic mindset and insights-driven counsel to co-develop integrated marketing plans with the Director to align with company OKRs. Collaborates with internal subject matter experts (SMEs), Product & Engineering, Audience Experience, Marketing Operations, and Marketing stakeholders to conduct comprehensive market research, recommend initial product positioning, and determine business impacting key performance indicators (KPIs). Oversees end-to-end management campaign strategy with clear communication around return on investment (ROI) expectations and performance to all stakeholders and SMEs.Works with Director to act as liaison between regional teams and corporate Marketing to ensure constant alignment to balance opportunities against business goals and resource constraints.Develops strong understanding of slated future product launches to conduct upfront due diligence and analysis resulting in sound go-to-market (GTM) strategies.Ensures that Pax8’s brand and identity is maintained and adhered across all campaigns.Attends key events and programs to stay updated on emerging thought leadership.Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

At least five (5) years of relevant experience, in-house product marketing or agency.Involvement in building out strong upfront go-to-market (GTM) analysis that includes developing ideal customer profiles (ICPs), competitive research, brand/product positioning, and revenue modeling.Experience developing repeatable and scalable marketing go-to-market (GTM) processes.Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and oversee multiple projects in a cross-functional work environment.Excellent written and persuasive speaking skills with experience pitching ideas and reporting measurement while uncovering key insights.Experience with project management software (Wrike, Monday, Asana, etc.).Excellent organizational problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.Ability to be self-motivated and results-oriented.Exceptional listening and learning skills to anticipate stakeholder needs.Required Education & Certifications:

B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience.Masters preferred.Compensation:

Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $96,000 or more depending on experience.#BI-Remote

Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Denver Metro area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based on applicable cost of wages in their respective location.Pax8 is an EEOC Employer.
