Understand customer input for creating meaningful experience and can articulate multiple methods for gathering their input. Work with a multi-disciplinary team to communicate mental and implementation models, in ways that consider human-centric needs, pain-points and motivations.Essential Functions
Visual Design: Produce UI Elements, conceptual renderings, presentations and marketing assets, while managing each product’s visual design system for scalability, efficiency, and consistency.Prototyping & Validation: Create mid-to-high-fidelity representations of the final product that allows stakeholders and users to experience content, and test primary functionality, in a way that is similar to the final product.UX Research: Understand behavior, goals and motivations through observation techniques, task analysis, and other feedback mechanisms to improve product usability and desirability.Qualifications
