You’ll get to develop, implement, track, and optimize email marketing campaigns for both B2B and B2C segments and work cross functionally with stakeholders across AORN to coordinate and execute strategic email campaigns to drive revenue and increase customer retentionBuild and manage various email campaigns (lead generation, lifecycle, retention), including template design, call-to-action, content strategy and performance analysisOversee complex targeting and personalization strategies, utilizing informed data points to develop advanced segmentation decisions and content/messagingCreate and manage trigger-based email campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle to maximize sales, increase sales leads, increase membership, and maintain current membersManage the planning, technical aspects and day-to-day operations of key email marketing and marketing automation systems for user engagement and retentionCollaborate with marketing managers and key stakeholders to create strategic email plans, develop and manage integrated campaigns across events, email, and social, with targeted content, that drive agency marketing resultsAnalyze, identify, and pull segmented lists based on demographics and past behaviors such as previous email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.)Lead A/B testing, performance optimization and campaign enhancement effortsEstablish success criteria (KPI’s and metrics) for each projectManage email KPIs and report recommendations and sends summaries to key stakeholdersProactively monitor and analyze key email metrics (open rates/click-through/deliverability/ conversions/etc.) to identify and implement opportunities for campaign optimizationEnsure that the entire functionality of the email service provider/marketing automation tool (Marketo) is fully utilizedWrite content as neededEnsure all email communications are compliant with CAN-SPAM, GDRP, and any additional legal requirementsProvides backup support to the Web Designer/Content Manager with website updates and backup support on other digital services as neededBenefits
