Summary:Under the direction of the Vice President, Global Web Experience, the website manager oversees the website architecture and digital governance for the execution of the corporate website strategy. This is inclusive of maintaining the website architecture and site organization, supporting digital awareness campaigns, and ongoing testing, reporting and optimization of the websites over time. This role requires the ability to manage important business insights through observation, discussions and interactions with internal and external partners to formulate and develop website content that aligns with our core principles, and global growth strategies. This role is a critical part of the go-to-market strategy for Cencora and supporting areas of the business as we unite under a new integrated, global healthcare solutions brand.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain website governance to ensure the overarching website strategy and accessibility adherence is upheld as campaign plans, marketing content and related materials for the enterprise website are launched.Organize project plans, editorial calendars, sitemaps and manages deliverables to ensure milestones are met.Collaborate and execute web maintenance, SEO optimization, email, social media and display advertising campaigns, ensuring they are measured and report on performance.Keep abreast of industry issues, market dynamics, and competitor moves as well as outside trends so that content is relevant and exhibits insights of the global healthcare and drug distribution industry, relevant policy/government affairs updates, and general business dynamics.Collaborate on web content that is aligned with our strategic direction and core principles and exhibits an appreciation, and a level of understanding, of our various audiences.Ensuring a testing, optimization and reporting plan is in place.Working closely with commercial digital & campaign marketing counterparts and Centers of Excellence for support and execution to ensure all communications and content are on-brand, consistent in terms of style, tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content, including public relations and paid media, digital and social media marketing and video.Work collaboratively with stakeholder departments, including distribution services, corporate citizenship and government affairs and on occasion across Cencora service lines such as Global Pharma Services, Animal Health or Supply Chain & Logistics, to ensure a consistent message across channels and regions.Maintain an ongoing tracking matrix of content localizations, regional governance, analysis of content performance and recommendations based on those results.Seamlessly manage multiple projects with competing priorities and where needed to gather and evaluate the feedback across many internal stakeholders.Perform related duties as assigned.What your background should look like

This position requires strong project management experience related to the development and execution of marketing campaigns, and enterprise website content management systems and a strong knowledge of digital marketing best practices.B2B-side marketing and communications experience required. As well as strong writing skills, particularly as it relates to simplifying complex information and updates.Knowledge of and experience in the specific fields of healthcare and drug distribution is preferred but not required.Strong graphic design skills are a plus.Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications (preferred but not required); normally requires a minimum of five (5) years working experience leading marcomms (including content strategy development) preferably in an agency or consulting environment.Ability to clearly and confidently express ideas, recommendations, decisions and rationales to both internal and external teams; superior writing and oral-communication skills.Awareness of emerging marcomms and content strategy trends, tools, and technology.Deep understanding of Cencora's business, audience needs, and revenue drivers.Superior organizational skills and attention to detail; advanced project-management skills.Strong creativity and strategic thinking; inquisitive and driven to learn, understand and communicate; excellent interpersonal and professional skills.Deadline and results-driven; ability to manage and deliver on tight deadlines and willingness to put in discretionary effort to get job done.Elegant use of both qualitative and quantitative data to inform content priorities.Excellent skills in planning and communication; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment in a highly-matrixed organization.Ability to lead teams (internal and external vendors); ability to handle deadlines, competing priorities, and urgent issues.Ability to provide a portfolio of previous articles, CE’s, marketing materials, communications.What Cencora offers

$84,400 - 120,890This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.Affiliated Companies:
