Job Responsibilities:

Support all Customer Colleague sub-stream teams in preparing and delivering communications to Branch, Campus, Contact Center, and Lockdown locations.

Coordinate and proof-read communications to other areas following established protocols.

Assist Customer Colleague team members with activities related to gathering, obtaining, preparing, and/or creating communications documentation.

Track all communications activities from cradle (beginning) to grave (completion/termination).

Identify primary and secondary communications contacts for Branch, Campus, Contact Center, and Lockdown locations.

Arrange site access working with Project Managers and Change Management Project Coordinators.

Attend all assigned daily, weekly, and bi-weekly meetings.

Prepare daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly communications as assigned.

Complete communications documents for submission following required processes/procedures.

Document all primary and secondary communications personnel processes for Branch, Campus, Contact Center, and Lockdown locations and keep the documentation current.

Document all communications processes and procedures and keep the documentation current.

Maintain and, if needed, establish business and/or regulatory communications tracking and reporting procedures.

Establish working partnerships with all Customer Colleague team members to support communication activities.

Establish working partnerships with all Branch, Campus, Contact Center, and Lockdown location staff members to support site access activities.

Assist Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and/or Engineers in preparing communications documentation as needed.

Handle ad hoc activities as assigned.

Skills and Experience Required:

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Proficiency using Microsoft Office Products: Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Proficiency using Web Browsers: Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

Proficiency using Collaboration Tools: Microsoft Teams and Cisco WebEx.

Proficiency using Telecommunications Tools (Desk Phone and Mobile Phone).

Proficiency using the U.S. English language.

Self-starter that can manage their own activities with minimal supervision.

USA High School Diploma and/or USA GED.

Desired Skills:

Experience in providing written communications to targeted audiences.

Experience using Adobe Acrobat and/or Adobe Acrobat Professional.

Experience using Microsoft Visio.

Working knowledge of networking technologies (Layer 2, Layer 3, WLAN, Routing protocols, DNS, and DHCP).

Knowledge of manufacturer equipment (Cisco, and HPE Aruba); knowledge of OSI Layers and TCP/IP layers.

Working knowledge of operating systems technologies (Microsoft Windows and Red Hat Linux).

Working knowledge of IT security technologies (Firewalls, IDS, WAF, etc.).

One to three years’ experience working in a Financial Services (specifically Consumer Retail Banking) Technology environment.
