RealPage feed, G-5, and KNOCK.Knowledge of multi-family CRMs, website platforms, SEO, and SEM.Proficiency in Windows, Excel, Word and OutlookStrong communication and organizational skillsJob Responsibilities:Report to Vice President of Real Estate (VPRE)/COOSeek input from on-site apartment personnelManage advertising and ILSOversee the operation of multi-family CRMConduct analytical reviews with VPREProduce annual marketing budgetPayroll is every 2 weeks with direct deposit (no charge to employee) to your checking account. Employee benefits available include: Medical PPO Health Plan (employer pays about 84% of the employee premium, 63% of the spouse and 79% for children), Dental Plan, 401(k) Plan, and Life insurance.MS manages its owned luxury Class A and B+ multifamily apartments.
